Christmas '98 Photos

Christmas 1998, our second in America. A whole year has gone by and I think you can say we're firmly settled here. Here are some photos of family and friends from the occasion.

We were woken up at 0630, not by the kids, but by a phone call from my brother, Gareth, in Scotland. The kids later said they'd been up since about 0230, but didn't waken us.

After all the prezzies had been opened, Cath went back to bed while Graham and I started on building his Lego set.

This year we were invited over to the Keatings' for Christmams dinner. So, for the first time since we got married we didn't stay at our own place for Christmas dinner. We both enjoy spending time with David and Mitzi, they are really nice people, and a good laugh.

Once we'd got the kids sorted out in the kitchen we went through to the dining room, closed the door and had our meal in peace. Ahh, fine food and fine friends, what could be finer!

Finally, it was all too much for the young man...
