Unplayed games

Eric recently posted a list of all the games he has that have never been played. He's a brave man to do that as Jodie may see it and ban him from buying any more games! However, he did wuss out a little bit and excluded wargames from that list! :)

I do keep a list of all the Euro style games I have, how many times I've played each, and the cost of each one. However, I don't keep a track of which ones are used. So all the times the games have been used at the library games sessions, by others when they come over, or whatever, isn't tracked, so my figures should be raised a bit depending on your criteria.

Anyway, my list shows there are 30 out of the 135 on the list that I've yet to play, 99 have not been played so far this year, and 27 have an average play/price ratio that is $20 or higher. I'm certainly focussing on the 30 this year, trying to get as many to the tabe as possible.

As for all the wargames, I sold a whole bunch on eBay a year or two back, and I'm going to do more. All the S&T magazines are going, as well as some of the boxed games that I'm unlikely to play. And that's a hard question to answer in the first place. Am I really likely to play some (any?) of the ASL game modules I've acquired? I reckon that there could be around $800 worth of ASL stuff on my shelf, but I still believe that one magical day I'll get them all played, so I'm loath to part with them.
